The controllers for xArm5/xarm6/xarm7 are compatible. Each arm comes with a controller, if you want to use this controller on a robot with a different number of axes, you need to refresh the firmware to the corresponding number of axes.
xarm5: xarm5-type5
xarm6: xarm6-type6
xarm7: xarm7-type7
Download xarm-tool-gui and the latest offline package .
Launch it, enter IP and click 'connect'. After connecting, choose 'xarm5-type5 for xArm5' (xarm6-type6 for xarm6), and offline install the firmware again.
Reboot the control box, wait 2-3 minutes, press down the E-stop button and release.
